Alcohol

Employees who use or possess alcohol on Company premises or during normal work hours shall be subject to severe disciplinary action up to and including termination. Employees who report to work with alcohol on their breath or under the obvious influence of drugs or alcohol shall be sent home for the remainder of the day. Such employees will be subject to possible disciplinary action to be determined by Management and required to make up the lost work hours.

Repeated violations of the policies stated above will cause the employee to be further disciplined or terminated.
