Freelancing
Your time away from the office is your own. If you choose to freelance or take on a second job, the Company requests you make the following considerations:

Notify the owner of your activity. If the activity adversely affects your work for the Company, you will be asked to refrain from it.

Provide and use your own materials and supplies. If the freelance work is for a charitable or nonprofit organization, the Company may be willing to allow reasonable use of Company equipment/supplies providing you make a formal, request to the owner.

Do not freelance during Company working hours.

Do not freelance for direct competition of the Company. If you are unsure if the person or company for whom you are freelancing is a direct competitor, please consult the owner
Violation of these considerations shall result in discipline up to and including termination.
