Definitions

• The words "shall" and "will" are to be construed as mandatory, and the word "may" as permissive.

• The masculine gender ("his" or "him") shall be construed to include the feminine gender.

• "Supervisor" means an individual assigned to direct and review the work of one or more subordinates.

• "Management" and “Senior Management” refers to designated members with authority to assign, direct and review policies of Graphtek.

• "Owner" refers to Mike Cheley.

• "Business Manager" refers to Mike Cheley.

• "Notice" means ten (10) complete working days without any absences, including holidays.

• "Full-time" means an employee who works at least forty (40) hours per week.

• Hereinafter, "Company" shall refer to Graphtek.

• "Policies Manual" shall refer to this employee Policy and Procedures Manual.
