Open Door Policy
The purpose of the open door policy is to provide employees with an acceptable and fair means of being heard. The open door procedure should be utilized if an employee feels an injustice has occurred and has tried unsuccessfully to solve it through informal means, or if the employee has a complaint or concern that has not been adequately addressed.
All employees are eligible to use this problem-solving procedure to present and settle disputes concerning the administration and interpretation of the Company's personnel policies and other work-related actions.
