Compensation

The Company establishes pay scales for all employees and these pay scales are made the official policy of the Company by their inclusion in the annual budget adopted by the owner. Wage and fringe benefit information is public information and may be obtained by employees or any other person.

You will be assigned a starting wage rate and will be informed of that rate at the time you are employed and each time you are assigned to a different classification. You will be granted increases in your wage rate in accordance with applicable performance evaluations. You may be advanced to higher rates more quickly if your performance is excellent. This type of increase is called a “merit increase.” If you have recent applicable experience, you may be assigned a higher rate than the starting rate in the classification to which you are assigned.
