Time Records

You will be provided a user name for the Graphtek Portal to track your payroll hours and enter your activities.

All employees must punch in when they begin work and punch out for breaks and meals and at the end of the shift. If your miss a punch contact the business manager to edit your time entries.

Hourly employees are limited to 8 hours per day, 40 hours per week. Any overtime must be authorized by the production manger or owner.

At least 95% of hours worked per day must be accounted for utilizing the Graphtek portal time tracker. Unaccounted time is subject to discipline and review by management.

Time entries must contain a detailed description of the work performed and tasks completed. Entries must provide clients and management with enough detail to understand the work activities performed. Entries must be accurate to the quarter hour.

Time records shall be completed daily in order to supply data for:

Individual paychecks may be withheld unless all time records have been completed for that pay period.
