Asset Files
These are going to be image or illustration files used in the final. Best practice is to make them as descriptive as possible. These files can also benefit from the use of tags. To add a tag open the file, from the program menu generally under the |File| tab, is an option for properties. On the detail tab you can add tags.
Example:
babies in a basket.jpg
kid running on the beach.jpg
location map.png
