Personal Time Off
The company seeks “whatever-it-takes” players who manage their time and productivity to benefit clients and profitability. In exchange, the company offers to its full-time eligible employees, Personal Time Off (PTO) on the following schedule:

1-3 years of service: 3.33 hrs / pay period for 10 days

4+ years of service: 5.0 hrs / pay period for 15 days
When employees become eligible for benefits (after 90 days), they will earn PTO at the rates allotted above. To maximize efficient company operations, it should be scheduled and pre-approved whenever possible.
It is the employee's responsibility to ensure that he uses his allotted PTO time each year. PTO is cumulative, but no more than 80 hours. Employees will not be paid in lieu of taking the actual time off.
Employees who have accrued more than 80 hours of PTO will cease PTO accumulation until the balance is below 80.
For the convenience of all staff, the master calendar will be kept on the master vacation calendar showing all approved PTO dates. Please refer to the calendar when scheduling your own time off.
The Company requests that PTO be limited to five consecutive work days when possible. PTO requests greater than five days should be discussed with Management.
We ask the requests for time off are made the following is considered
- How will it affect my co-workers if they need anything
- Who will cover for me?
- Will projects stay on track?
- Will my department be able to handle current workload and demands
While request will always be considered, we ask that efforts be made to coordinate request so that no more that 2 staff our off at the same time.
