Problem: WholesaleHats.com blue bar is missing

Solution: Reset the website.

If they call complaining that blue bar is not working reset by: http://www.wholesalehats.com/reset.cfm . Also, if the client can login to CMS, the have a have button to reset.

Problem: Client is unable to access their site files (static website)

Solution: Add their IP to our server white-list

1. Request client to locate the IP address for the machine that will need access to the server.
2. Go to customer.hosting.com and initiate live chat, explaining to the agent that you need to add an IP to our server white-list. 
3. Send the following note, plugging in the clients' IP address:
   'Our firewall blocks ssh access to all of our VMS (201134-2, 201134-3, 201134-5, and 201134-10) except for a handful of IP addresses. I'd like to add IP address: [HERE] to that white-list.'
