Work Hours

The Company shall schedule working hours of employees according to the needs of operations.

All exempt employees are required to work a minimum of 40 hours per week.

Hourly employees who work more than a 6 hour shift must take and clock out for a meal break for a minimum of 30 minutes per shift . 

Lunch breaks may be taken any time between 11:30 a.m. and 1:30 p.m. As a matter of courtesy, when leaving the office for lunch or any business-related errand/appointment, please advise your supervisor and the receptionist where you are going and when you expect to return.

Other work shifts, days, hours and periods can be established and modified by the Company within the limits prescribed by law, based on operating conditions and requirements of the Company. With approval of the owner. The owner may grant employees the opportunity to work flexible work schedules so long as such a schedule does not diminish operational effectiveness or create an overtime liability that would not otherwise occur.
