Employment of Relatives

The Company may employ a relative or co-habitant of an employee provided the individual possesses the required qualifications for employment, and as long as no conflicts exist in supervision, safety, security, morale or potential conflicts of interest. If one employee marries another, both may retain their positions as long as they do not work in the same department, are not under the direct or indirect supervision of each other, and neither occupies a position that has influence over the other's employment, promotion, salary administration, and other related management or personnel considerations.
