Staff Meeting

Every Monday morning at 9:00 a production/staff meeting is conducted by the Production Manager to discuss job status, review deadlines and open project issues. All agency personnel are required to attend.

Following the production meeting management will provide an update on sales, company plans and activities.

Other staff meetings may be scheduled during the week if deemed necessary, but the Company encourages employees to keep meeting time to a minimum in order to avoid large numbers of "down-time" hours.
