Modifications

The Company reserves the right to design provisions and add, eliminate or in other ways modify any discretionary benefits described in this Policies Manual where and when it is deemed in the Company's best interest to do so. Under most circumstances, there will be ample opportunity to provide employees with advance notice of such modifications and to consider the effect of the decision.
